jte7 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jte7 website accessible at jte7.io, including all pages, features, services, and content made available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated account balance held by a Player within the Platform, accessible via the /wallet section.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by jte7.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount of real-money bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• "Game Providers" means third-party studios whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole transactional currency of the Platform, denoted by the ৳ symbol.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that jte7 may require a Player to complete at any time.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform timestamps, deadlines, and promotional schedules.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jte7 Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an Account, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotion — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the jte7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and jte7.

jte7 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility

Use of the jte7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jte7 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh or be a Bangladeshi national accessing from abroad.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntarily applied through jte7 or imposed by any recognised gambling assistance programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or associate of jte7 or any of its Game Providers, payment partners, or affiliated entities.

jte7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jte7 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

04 Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and payment services on jte7, you must register an Account. The following rules apply to Account registration:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Your registered name must match the name on your national identification document and on any payment method you use to transact on the Platform.
• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to. jte7 uses this address for account-related communications and security notifications.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. Material changes — including changes to your name, contact details, or payment method — must be updated promptly via the Account settings.

jte7 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a waiver of jte7's right to subsequently suspend or close the Account if eligibility requirements are found not to have been met.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for an additional layer of security.
• Notify jte7 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

jte7 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access arises from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Where jte7 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account has been compromised, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account pending investigation.

06 Deposits

jte7 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. No other currencies or payment methods are accepted at this time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside jte7's control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts held by family members, are strictly prohibited.
• jte7 reserves the right to request evidence that the payment method used for a deposit belongs to you before processing any associated withdrawal.
• jte7 does not accept deposits made with credit facilities or borrowed funds. Deposits must represent funds you can afford to lose.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. jte7 reserves the right to delay processing any deposit pending AML checks and to request source-of-funds documentation where deemed necessary.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jte7 Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are communicated within the Wallet section.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and cannot be waived.
• Withdrawals of real-money funds (funds not derived from Bonus Funds) are processed within 90 seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals of funds subject to wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed. jte7 may withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• jte7 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests. In such cases, processing times may be extended, and documentation may be requested.
• Withdrawals will be declined where the funds to be withdrawn are reasonably suspected to be the proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

jte7 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. jte7 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion without prior notice.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom are not withdrawable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• jte7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being exploited, misused, or claimed by an ineligible Player.
• Opening multiple Accounts in order to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Promotional offers are time-limited. Expiry dates and times are stated in BST (UTC+6). Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the Player's Account.

09 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the jte7 Platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. jte7 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a bet after it has been placed, except where an obvious technical error has occurred on the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface before a bet is placed.
• Odds on the sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session, the hand or spin in progress at the time of the failure will be settled in accordance with the Game Provider's rules. jte7 will use Game Provider logs to determine the correct outcome.
• Game results on jte7 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective Game Providers. jte7 does not intervene in or manipulate game outcomes.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your Wallet upon settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times are governed by the sports data provider used for that market.

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to short suspension windows around key match events (wickets, goals, red cards, etc.) to allow odds to be updated accurately. Bets placed during a suspension window will be rejected and no deduction will be made from your Wallet.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jte7 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Operating more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in jte7's platform or Game Provider software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from a known or exploited error are void.
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform, or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming tool that has been applied to your Account.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or assisting any person under 21 to access the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jte7 staff, other Players, or any third party associated with the Platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

jte7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders that trigger notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications display time elapsed and net win/loss figures to keep Players informed of their activity.

12 Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jte7.
• Game content, including game titles, logos, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Provider and is used by jte7 under licence.
• The jte7 brand name, logo, and domain name are proprietary. Unauthorised use of jte7 branding in any context is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jte7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and under any theory of liability.
• Any loss arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Any loss arising from a technical failure, server downtime, network outage, or cyber-attack that is outside jte7's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms.
• Any loss of funds held in a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.) arising from events outside jte7's control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jte7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data

jte7 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes registration details, transaction records, gameplay logs, device information, and IP addresses.
• Data is used for account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and Platform improvement purposes.

Material amendments — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a provision, or additions of new optional features) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online transactions in the relevant jurisdiction.
